“Handcrafted Cashew Nuts Stung Treng (HCST)” supports the “Youth Charity for Kids Smile” programme that helps disadvantaged children from rural areas.

“Youth Charity for Kids Smile” was established in 2018 by HCST co-founder Miss. Sothnita Soeun and a group of her high school friends, aiming to help disadvantage children in the rural areas. “Youth Charity for Kids Smile” has done 4 activities … distributed written books, reading books, study materials, sport materials, also portable water filtration.

All of the money which was used for these activities was from the members’ savings. They also received support from their parents, such as Mrs. Chakrya Muth who is the founder of HCST, from their schoolmates and teachers. Some bookstores also sponsored them some study materials and sport materials.
